Very often people face problems with PC, it may be because of virus or due to some other reasons. You will be trying to share those problems with friends or technicians by mailing them the problem and in that due course, sometimes you may find it difficult to explain the whole problem in words although you can visualize the problem. Here i present you a tool which very few people know, using this one can record the problem you are facing as a list of screen shots in steps with some in-built description with each and every shot. The tool used for this is called "Problems Steps Recorder".  It is available in all kinds of Windows operating systems, open Start, then type 'psr' in the Search Bar, click on the step recorder tool, a small pop-up window will be displayed on your screen. Click on "Start Record", after you have recorded the necessary things, click on "Stop Record", the recorded shots will then be available to you on a window that pops-out then. When you click on save record, the screen-shots will be saved in the form of a zip folder format under the name given by you. Now you can use the zip folder or the shots that it has to mail to computer analysts or technicians or your friends, can explain them clearly about your problem. This tool will not only serve the purpose of recording a problem but can also helps to record whatever you wish to save for your future reference,etc.,
