BACKUP  AND  RESTORE

We usually save all types of files on our system/PC. Among which their will be few important files.
Unfortunately because of some technical reasons if the system crashes, we may not possibly find a way to restore those important files once the system crashes.
That is the reason why regular back-up of important files or rather the whole system data is equally important. For this we have in-built options in a windows PC. There is no requirement of external tools to backup system data. If you are a windows-7 PC user, then,

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Backup and restore.
To backup the entire data of the system,
Go to Create New and set Full Backup.
To backup the selected data of the system,
Go to Setup Backup.
Now, you can restore this data sometime later. To do this, go to Backup and Restore and click on Restore my files.
During this you can select a target folder to restore this data, after setting the target folder click on the Restore button.
By following the above steps, one can back-up all the important files required and restore those files whenever necessary in the future.
